Historic Building & Rooms
The Old Vicarage Hotel & Restaurant is one of the oldest buildings in Bridgwater, with sections dating back to the 14th century. Extensive renovations completed in 2019 updated 9 of the bedrooms while preserving original features such as wig cupboards and fireplaces. The property offers 18 uniquely styled en-suite bedrooms, including a King Suite with a four-poster bed and a separate seating area.
Dining
The on-site restaurant serves lunch and evening meals using locally sourced ingredients and seasonal menus, with highlights including steaks cooked to preference and a popular Ocean Platter. A continental breakfast buffet is available each morning alongside a cooked-to-order full English breakfast, including homemade blueberry muffins. The property also hosts an outdoor pizza oven in the garden during warmer months.
